Hydrogen NMR spectroscopy was used to investigate the polymerization process using azobis(isobutyronitrile) as an initiator.<\/p>\n<p>Results showed that the polymerized vesicles were resistant to disruption by polyoxyethylene(10) octylphenyl ether.
