In 2014-15, the castor seed <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-1929 size-thumbnail\" src=\"http:\/\/castoroil.in\/b\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/SEA-150x104.jpg\" alt=\"SEA\" width=\"150\" height=\"104\" \/>production stood at 1.27 million tonnes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">As per the latest SEA report, sowing of castor seed crop increased to 1.13 million hectares this year, as against 1.10 million hectares last year.
